We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a secure facility, supporting patient intake, routine and urgent care, medication management, health documentation, and emergency response.

- Conducting initial medical screenings, vital signs, and health history collection within 12 hours of patient arrival.
- Supporting sick call, triage, and documenting patient interactions accurately.
- Administering prescribed medications, supporting minor procedures, routine screenings, and point-of-care testing.
- Responding to emergencies with BLS and CPR, stabilizing patients, and facilitating safe transfers.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality, following infection control protocols, and supporting culturally competent, trauma-informed care.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and off-site referrals.
- Current, unrestricted LVN/LPN license (or ability to obtain one in Texas).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Graduate from an approved Vocational or Practical Nurse program.
- Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Physical ability to perform lifting, emergency procedures, and work in demanding conditions.
- Residency in the U.S., passing a background check, and medical exam.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish skills are preferred.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
