- Reviewing and updating care plans and physician's orders.
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being through direct care and education.
- Supervising care staff, promoting safety, and ensuring effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Responding to emergencies, maintaining compliance with regulations, and participating in safety and quality initiatives.
- Assisting with daily activities, transfers, vital signs, and post-mortem care as needed.
- Managing medication systems, documenting interventions, and ensuring adherence to resident preferences and directives.
- Fostering a collaborative, resident-centered environment aligned with community standards.
- Current state license as LPN or RN.
- Preferably 1 years of experience, but new graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in digital tools, electronic health records, and communication platforms.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred.

- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow infection control protocols.
