- Developing and maintaining operational dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics for various departments
- Partnering with leadership to analyze productivity, quality, staffing, and efficiency trends
- Creating executive summaries and visual reports to aid strategic decisions
- Leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives via data analysis and project tracking
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and processes
- Associate’s degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or Information Systems
- At least 3 years of experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, and business intelligence tools
- Strong ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities
- Excellent presentation and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Proficiency in dashboard, scorecard, and KPI development
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
