What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-School Substitute (Teacher & Nutrition Site Aide) position at Muskingum County Head Start?
Muskingum County Head Start is looking for substitute teachers & nutrition aides to serve as a temporary team member in an assigned staff group. This person will assist with planning and implementing programs for children and provide a learning environment that is safe, comfortable, and healthy in order to enhance growth and development. Responsible for maintaining all program standards to include CCR, ODJFS, Head Start and the Ohio Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. Serves as a substitute in Teacher & Nutrition Site Aide role for center /location assigned. Works under general supervision of Teacher, Bus Driver, Site Manager or Supervisor with some demand for independent judgment and action. Assists in planning, preparation and implementation of work with children appropriate to development level, etc. Shares responsibility of setting up room for daily activities, cleaning and assisting in any duties assigned.
