- Develop and maintain site-wide EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
- Conduct audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead environmental compliance, permitting, reporting, and agency communications.
- Design and implement EHS training, compliance matrices, and role-based learning programs.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure safe manufacturing processes.
- Oversee emergency response, drills, and incident management activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive EHS experience in industrial settings, with 3 years in leadership roles.
- Experience managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, FDEP regulations, hazardous materials, and waste management.
- Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Preferred certifications include CSP, CIH, ASP, CHMM, ISO Lead Auditor.
