Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical examinations and medical history assessments
- Build donor rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide health education and counseling on test results
- Manage donor injuries and evaluate health histories
- Assist in staff training and administer employee vaccination programs
- Licensed or certified as EMT, Nurse, or Vocation Nurse per state requirements
- Current CPR certification
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to perform examinations, lift light weights, and tolerate exposure to biological fluids and cold environments
