CVOR Registered Nurse

Role Overview: A CVOR Registered Nurse provides leadership in delivering professional nursing care, utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Responsibilities include delegating, supervising, documenting care, and implementing medically prescribed interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality patient care through nursing processes
• Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure effective care delivery
• Implement and document interventions accurately
• Provide patient and family education
• Respond to call shifts and participate in weekend rotations within proximity to the facility
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 years of nursing or CVOR/OR experience
• Associates Degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
• Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; national certification in specialty preferred
• Strong leadership, assessment, and communication skills
