Role: CRNA providing comprehensive anesthesia services in an outpatient surgical center.
Responsibilities: Manage diverse surgical cases including general, ENT, plastic, orthopedic, urology, and GI procedures across three operating rooms. Work under a medical direction model with three CRNAs and one MD, delivering anesthesia during weekday day shifts. Ensure high-quality patient care with 100% hands-on involvement and no call duties.
