Role: Contract Group Facilitator responsible for leading 3-4 therapy groups weekly in a dual-diagnosis addiction treatment setting.
Key Duties: Facilitate engaging group sessions, promote appropriate behavior, document notes in Kipu, maintain and update curriculum, and communicate effectively with the clinical team about client progress.
Qualifications: Licensed (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.), experience in group counseling, knowledge of addiction and recovery models, and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
Skills & Preferences: Strong counseling techniques, crisis management, experience with dual-diagnosis treatment, CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
This role emphasizes client engagement, confidentiality, and collaboration with clinical staff to support long-term recovery.
