Provides critical care consultation and care coordination as a clinical resource within the hospital. Conducts frequent rounds on nursing and ancillary units, offering advanced interventions to ensure safe and optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison for critical care teams, providing clinical consultation and direct patient care when needed.
- Coordinates multidisciplinary care, analyzes outcome data, and identifies opportunities for safety and service improvements.
- Attends emergency response calls, offering clinical guidance and medication management within scope of licensure.
- Ensures adherence to policies, assesses medication effects, and documents interventions accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and current RN licensure.
- At least 2 years of critical care experience.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations.
- Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
