Cardiovascular Technologist - EP Lab - CV Tech

Role Overview: The position involves assisting in performing diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision. It requires proficiency with various equipment and technology, and responsibility for patient care in accordance with hospital policies. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, effective communication, and flexibility in duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, perform, and complete angiographic procedures
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to department policies
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited cardiovascular or radiology program with cardiac experience
• Current CVT or RTR credential; ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Preferred: Cath lab or EP lab experience, RCIS certification within six months, and RCES after two years of EP experience
• Organized, efficient, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work varied hours and shifts
