Behavioral Analyst (Full-Time)

Role: A Behavior Analyst responsible for leading assessments, developing, and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with Autism and related disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform intervention plans.
• Create, update, and train caregivers on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect, graph, and interpret client behavior data, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Prepare reports for clients and funding sources.
• Model, train, and provide feedback to caregivers for effective BIP implementation.
• Maintain detailed service documentation and logs.
• Stay current with continuing education to maintain BCBA/LABA certification.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA or LABA certification required; prior experience with FBAs and behavior plan development preferred.
• Ability to train staff, analyze data, and interpret clinical protocols.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Reliable transportation and professionalism in service delivery.
