Your Role as a CNC Programmer & Operator
As a CNC Programmer & Operator, you’ll take designs from high-end interior designers and turn them into reality — combining your precision programming skills with an artist’s eye for detail.
You’ll program and run CNC equipment to ensure parts are cut accurately, efficiently, and on schedule — bridging design intent with flawless fabrication and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Technical Skills & Experience
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software (HSMWorks for SolidWorks, FusionCAM 360, or similar).
- Proven experience machining solid wood on 3-axis CNC routers, with practical knowledge of species variation, grain patterns, and tear-out risk. Able to apply this understanding to toolpath decisions that minimize sanding and downstream finishing issues.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and joinery — both traditional and modern — for high-end furniture.
Key Responsibilities of a CNC Programmer & Operator
- Program and operate the CNC router to produce parts accurately and on schedule.
- Review and manage CAD drawings, accessing parts for manufacturing.
