High-level machinist problem-solving skills — able to troubleshoot complex issues independently
Experienced G-Code programmer with strong understanding of CNC setup and production
Hands-on leadership — leads by example on the shop floor, not just behind a desk
Comfortable with basic computer tasks — able to create quotes, process invoices, and update job information as needed
Professional, friendly, and personable when interacting with customers or suppliers
Positive attitude — team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
"A-player" mentality — driven, accountable, and focused on delivering quality work
Bonus: Familiar with job shop environments, small-batch custom work, and quick-turn projects
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machinist at Action Machine. The Machinist
Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 7 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime and some Saturdays
as required by workload.
