We are looking for a passionate Onboarding Manager to join a growing healthcare technology environment and play a key role in driving client success and product adoption.
About the Role:
This role sits at the heart of the Customer Success function, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for healthcare clients. You will work closely with customers from day one—guiding them through product setup, implementation, and adoption to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding calls, product demos, and client training sessions
• Understand client goals and tailor onboarding strategies accordingly
• Drive product adoption and improve customer retention
• Identify and eliminate onboarding roadblocks (technical, process, or knowledge gaps)
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation & Support teams
• Continuously improve onboarding processes and client experience
• Support customers with best practices and ongoing guidance
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5 years in Client Onboarding / Customer Success / Account Management (Healthcare)
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Experience with EHR / Healthcare technology is a plus
• Excellent communication, empathy, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
