We build production-grade web applications that deliver secure, high-performance user experiences for mission-critical workflows. This on-site role in the United States leads front-end engineering efforts across product teams to ship polished, maintainable web interfaces.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and architect front-end solutions for complex web applications—drive component architecture, state management, and performance trade-offs.
• Own delivery for UI features end-to-end: translate designs into production-ready React components, integrate with APIs, and ensure cross-browser responsiveness.
• Establish and enforce front-end best practices: coding standards, component libraries, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing on-site front-end team—conduct code reviews, hiring interviews, and technical career development.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to define requirements, estimate work, and remove technical blockers.
• Drive accessibility, security, and performance optimizations—measure impact and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications
