Title: PacEHR Strategist
Location: Shelton, CT (Hybrid)

Job Description:
• 5–8 years of experience in EHR implementation, optimization, clinical informatics, or health IT consulting.
• 3 years in a client-facing, consulting, or advisory role working directly with healthcare provider organizations.
• Hands-on expertise with one or more major EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Oracle Health/Cerner, Greenway) including configuration, template design, and workflow build.
• Experience advising on clinical documentation improvement (CDI), EHR-based quality reporting, and interoperability requirements.
• Familiarity with ambulatory, multi-specialty, and value-based care clinical environments.
Skills & Competencies
• Deep knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflow design, healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and provider usability best practices.
• Strong analytical skills — able to assess EHR utilization data, identify adoption gaps, and develop targeted interventions.
• Excellent communication and training skills; able to present technical EHR concepts to clinical and non-technical stakeholders with equal clarity.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, drive complex projects to completion, and adapt to varying client environments.
• Consultative mindset — translates clinical operational goals into practical EHR solutions and holds clients accountable to adoption milestones.
