Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lead Cabinet Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet finishing, with the ability to work with various materials and finishes. This role involves preparing and finishing cabinets to meet high-quality standards. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and applying sealers as needed.
- Apply stains, paints, and finishes using brushes, sprayers, or other tools to achieve desired results.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cabinet finishing (preferred)
- Skills in caulking
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have good communication skills to coordinate effectively with other team members.
