🔎 About the Role
Black Owl Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-energy, disciplined Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our fast-growing real estate team.
You will be the front line of communication with home buyers and sellers, helping us book qualified appointments and build relationships across the Houston market.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (new construction, online inquiries, database, neighborhoods)
- Qualify leads and book in-person appointments for our agents
- Manage and update lead information in our CRM
- Send follow-up texts/emails after conversations
🌟 Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate calling, ISA, SDR, or telesales
- Strong communication skills (English; Spanish a plus)
