Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Track Hoe (Excavator) Operator with a strong background in excavation, utilities, grading, and site development. The ideal candidate can work efficiently, communicate clearly, and maintain high standards on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate track hoes for excavation, trenching, grading, and site prep

• Dig footings, utility trenches, and drainage systems

• Load trucks safely and efficiently

• Read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and layout instructions

• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Uphold all company safety policies, including a drug‑free workplace

• Assist the crew with additional tasks when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of excavator/track hoe experience

• Strong understanding of excavation techniques, soil conditions, and safe trenching practices

• Ability to operate smoothly around utilities, structures, and tight areas

• GPS machine experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
