Job Summary: Black Horse Painting is on the hunt for experienced painters to fill team positions in the Inland Empire! Most of our work is in the Inland Empire (Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, Riverside, Chino, Covina and San Dimas to name a few)
We are looking for a residential painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
- Must know how to manage projects
- Manage painting crew
- Correspond effectively with clients to understand exact specifications and demands
- strong attention to detail is required
- Provide accurate estimations reflective of job completion timeframes
- Update clients on the progress of work throughout the engagement
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Familiarize him/herself with storage and disposal laws, regulations, codes, etc.
- Preparing the surrounding area, including covering fixtures and furniture to prevent messes
- Preparing painting surfaces, including removing old paint, filling holes and cracks and washing walls
- Cleaning up painting tools and supplies, replacing fixtures and rearranging furniture after completing the project
- Collaborating with painters on other larger jobs
- Working with other construction professionals such as, carpenters, electricians and plumbers when necessary
- Helping loading/unloading company vehicles
- Work as part of the team
- Help rolling in and cutting walls
- Keep worksite neat and orderly
- Put remaining paint and supplies in the proper location.
- May assist with special maintenance projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 Year experience managing projects
- Must know how to properly use an airless sprayer
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- MUST HAVE a valid driver's license and transportation to get to and from job sites (Beaumont, Banning, Chino Hills, Yucaipa, Redlands, La Verne)
- Working cell phone
- Able to climb ladders not afraid of heights
- Must provide own basic tools (Screwdriver, caulk gun, paint brushes, masking machine, 5 in 1 painters tool)
- Keen eye for aesthetic and visual precision
- High attention to detail
- Meticulous and diligent
- Steady hand to ensure precision
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Flexible to travel to job sites
