Salary-
$55,000-$60,000 annual salary
Job Type-
Full-time, exempt
BHSSC is a 24/7 program. The Administrative Coordinator position may involve on-call responsibilities and/or working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the individuals being supported.

Job Description-
- Recruit, screen, interview, hire, and facilitate training of Southern Hills staff
- Supervise day and residential staff and programs, including maintenance and administrative staff
- Accurately document all aspects of employee management, including hiring, screening, training, and conducting fire and tornado drills
- Take charge as the Chair of the Southern Hills Safety Committee, providing quarterly reports and actively participating in committee meetings
- Serve on the Orientation Committee
- Assign facilitators for various Southern Hills Committees, including Lifelong Opportunities for Learning and the self-advocacy group
- Participate in the BHSSC Developmental Disabilities Division leadership team (LRT)
- Represent Southern Hills in community organizations and boards, as opportunities arise and time allows.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree. Preferably in the human services or educational field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Organizational, leadership, and communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver's License,
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
