GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Faculty member will provide appropriate classroom, lab, clinical, and/or other instruction as required for assigned department. Faculty member is expected to encourage learning by preparing appropriate syllabi; by developing lectures, discussions, and other presentations or activities to enhance the students’ educational experience; develops and executes appropriate methods of evaluating students’ performance; develops, secures, and maintains the equipment and other instructional materials essential to the presentation of the classroom material.

- Less Than a Master's Degree = $739.16 per equated hour
- Master's Degree = $862.35 per equated hour
- Doctorate = $923.95 per equated hour
- Registered nurse
- Active Illinois nursing license
- One year of clinical experience in long-term care nursing, or acute care nursing.
- Demonstrate English proficiency for classroom instruction.
- Prior teaching experience or completion of Illinois Department of Public Health training program prior to employment.
- Approval by the Illinois Department of Public Health for theory instruction, clinical instruction, and Alzheimer's content.
