Salary/Pay rate: $11.66

Job Purpose:

To keep assigned workstations with material, to take the sorted product to its corresponding line with its correct label.

Responsibilities:

• Keep workstations with material

• Remove full boxes of sorted goods from sorting stations

• Regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh 50 pounds or more.

• Maintain the product lines organized

• Keep track of production information

• Locate and deliver boxes and pallets using a hand truck or pallet jack

• Arrange material on the production floor or inventory warehouse.

• Clean and organize the warehouse as necessary and at the end of the day.

• Gather trash and fill/move a six-yard trash dumpster.

• Gather Cardboard an throw it to a designated trailer.

• Depending on the need, a material handler can be assigned to hand count material in the boxes.

• Other duties may be assigned

• Follow safety procedures.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Speak Spanish Fluently

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

Candidates must be physically able to stand and maintain motion throughout the day. Must be able to bend, lift and reach.

Additional Notes:

This is a physically demanding job that requires focus and endurance. Additionally, the warehouse is not climate controlled and experiences low temperatures in the winter and high temperatures in the summer.

Propósito del Puesto:

Mantener las estaciones de trabajo asignadas con material, y llevar el producto clasificado a su línea correspondiente con su etiqueta correcta.

Responsabilidades:

• Mantener las estaciones de trabajo con material
• Retirar cajas llenas de mercancía clasificada de las estaciones de clasificación
• Levantar y/o mover regularmente objetos que pesen 50 libras o más.
• Mantener las líneas de producto organizadas
• Mantener un registro de la información de producción
• Localizar y entregar cajas y paletas utilizando un montacargas manual o transpaleta
• Organizar el material en el piso de producción o en el almacén de inventario.
• Limpiar y organizar el almacén según sea necesario y al final del día.
• Recolectar basura y llenar/mover un contenedor de basura de seis yardas.
• Recolectar cartón y tirarlo a un remolque designado.
• Dependiendo de la necesidad, se puede asignar a un manipulador de material para contar manualmente el material en las cajas.
• Se pueden asignar otras tareas
• Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad.

Requisitos de Calificaciones y Educación

• Hablar español con fluidez
• Diploma de escuela secundaria o experiencia equivalente

Habilidades Preferidas

Los candidatos deben ser físicamente capaces de permanecer de pie y mantener el movimiento durante todo el día.Deben ser capaces de agacharse, levantar y alcanzar.

Notas Adicionales:

Este es un trabajo físicamente exigente que requiere concentración y resistencia.Además, el almacén no tiene control de clima y experimenta bajas temperaturas en invierno y altas temperaturas en verano.
