The Role
You'll own our entire Google Ads operation — strategy, build-out, optimization, and scaling. This isn't a "set and forget" role. You'll be in the account daily, making decisions that directly impact revenue. You'll report to the CEO and work closely with our creative and analytics teams.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, YouTube)
- Manage and grow a monthly ad budget of $100K
- Own conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting through GA4, GTM, and Google Merchant Center
- Run continuous A/B tests on ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Hit and exceed ROAS targets while scaling spend profitably
- Collaborate with our creative team on ad assets and landing page optimization
- Provide weekly performance reports with clear insights and action items
You Must Have
- 3 years managing Google Ads for DTC / e-commerce brands (not lead gen, not local services)
- Hands-on experience managing $50K /month in Google Ads spend on a single account
- Proven ROAS results you can walk us through with specifics — account names, spend levels, what you actually did
- Deep knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Shopping campaigns, and product feed

- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Bonus Points
- Supplement, health & wellness, or CPG experience
- Experience with Meta Ads (we run both channels)
- Familiarity with Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar attribution tools
- You've scaled a brand past $1M /month in revenue through paid search
