Terry Black’s BBQ is bringing legendary Texas barbecue to the heart of New Braunfels, TX, and we're looking for talented Pit Cooks and BBQ professionals to help us launch our newest location.

What You'll Do:
- Master the art of Texas barbecue by operating and managing smokers and pits to produce consistently exceptional smoked meats.
- Apply expert seasoning techniques, rubs, and sauces to create the bold flavors Terry Black’s is known for.
- Monitor temperatures, smoke levels, and cooking times to ensure every brisket, rib, and sausage meets our exacting standards.
- Uphold the highest food safety and sanitation practices while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs multiple times during a working shift
