Position: ERP Technical Recruiter

Location: Andover, MA (on-site Monday- Friday with flexibility for remote for the right candidate)

Pay: base salary uncapped commission potential

Candidates must have:2-3 years of staffing experience within ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, ServiceNow.

What You’ll Do:

• Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence.
• Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent.
• Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.
• Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
