Job Summary
The Night Auditor – Part-Time is responsible for supporting overnight front office operations, completing nightly audit procedures, and assisting guests with overnight service needs. This role also supports bell services for overnight arrivals and departures while ensuring professional and accurate guest service.
Job Specifications
Onsite: Black Desert ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time OvernightPay Rate: $19.00 – $23.00/hour. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to
- Assist with nightly audit and balancing procedures.
- Support overnight guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Assist with bell services for overnight arrivals and departures.
- Respond to guest requests and operational needs professionally.
- Monitor lobby and front office presentation standards overnight.
- Coordinate communication with overnight operational departments.
- Process guest requests, wake-up calls, and service recovery needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous front office, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Basic computer and accounting knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work independently overnight.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Flexible overnight availability required
