This role serves as a key ambassador of the resort, providing knowledgeable recommendations and proactive service to ensure each guest experience exceeds expectations. The Full-Time Concierge Agent supports consistent daily coverage and plays an active role in guest relationship building and service recovery.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $19 – $21.50/hr. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

- 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems and guest management platforms preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Salary : $19 - $22
