Job Specifications

Onsite: Black Desert ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-TimePay Rate: $19–$21.50/hr. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with dining, spa, golf, transportation, and activity reservations
• Provide local recommendations and resort information
• Support VIP arrivals and special guest requests
• Communicate guest needs to internal teams
• Maintain accurate guest records and service notes
• Assist front office and bell services during high-volume periods
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
