Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager at our Fargo, ND location. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage a cohesive team. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, maintaining food and beverage quality standards, driving sales, and handling customer inquiries. The Cafe Manager will also uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure satisfaction and effective team collaboration
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations to maintain quality and efficiency

- Previous experience in a managerial role and familiarity with café or restaurant operations is preferred

Pay rate starts at $20/hr DOE
