Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team in Fergus Falls, MN. Prior experience in food service, fine dining, or the food industry is highly valued but not necessary. We will train anyone motivated to learn.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely service during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Support food safety protocols at all times to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and served at appropriate temperatures
- Manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Experience
- Previous experience in dietary departments, culinary roles, or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
