Duties
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain optimal turf health.
- Operate farm machinery such as tractors and other large equipment safely and efficiently to support landscaping projects.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to carry out detailed landscaping tasks with precision.
- Conduct pest control treatments to protect lawns from insects and other pests that threaten plant health.
- Assist with planting, fertilizing, watering, and soil preparation to promote healthy growth.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on landscape design projects and provide recommendations for sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture-related fields.
- Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn treatment techniques.
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other landscaping equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial or large vehicles is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward customer service.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques is a plus for upselling additional services or products.
