What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Video Technician position at Black Bear Casino Resort?
Responsible for maintaining, fixing, cleaning, and making sure all our games and ATMs are operating properly. Responsible for setting up new slot machines and making sure all settings are correctly installed. Bill tests the new machines, to ensure that our bill accepters are working correctly before allowing our guest to play with the machines. Must be able to work as a team when slot machines are needed to be pulled off the floor or placed on the floor. Must understand Title 31 and complete training and test out on the training once a year to remain compliant with our bank Secrecy Act (Tile 31). Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems. Must be able to work independently or in a group, working on projects. Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers. Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the department in a positive and professional manner in the community. Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.
