Dynamic Gaming Solutions is a distributor of slot machines to casinos throughout the US, with a rapidly expanding footprint. Working with many different manufacturers, Dynamic Gaming Solutions offers a wide variety of products to its clients while upholding an unmatched level of service.
The Slot Machine Technician will be responsible for preparing slot machines before installation dates in our warehouse. From installing printers and bill validators to completely refurbishing electronic gaming machines, you will be a team member accountable for ensuring successful installations from the beginning. This position is also responsible for unloading incoming products, including slot machines and ancillary parts, keeping the warehouse and office organized, assisting with driving a 26' box truck for projects occasionally, and assisting with logistics of projects. An ideal candidate will show strong organization, cleanliness, customer service, peak initiative, leadership, and sharp technician skills.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, required
- 3 years of slot machine experience
- Ability to submit and pass a Department of Transportation physical examination and drug testing, required
- Bench tech experience is a plus
- Familiarity with electrical work, ideal but not necessary
- Shows high levels of organization and cleanliness
- Basic computer and office skills required
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and be expected to work at least five days per week and some occasional weekend hours. A supervisor will prepare a work schedule for techs in advance. Please understand we will have many occasions when installations and emergencies require additional hours beyond the standard work hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare slot machines before installation, including but not limited to installing button decks, toppers, artwork, printers, bill validators, CPUs, and other items necessary for operable cabinets.
- Maintain and organize incoming slot machines and parts, as well as a large rotating parts inventory
- Upkeep a clean and organized workspace
- Troubleshoot potential slot machine issues before distribution
- Ability to participate in frequent heavy lifting, including loading and unloading slot machines and their ancillary parts
- Assisting with scheduling and logistics for projects
- Comfortability driving a non-CDL 26 ft. box truck to and from projects that occasionally require overnight stays
- Creating mockups of upcoming set-ups for bank configurations, sign packages, and other displays as needed
