Summary
BKV Corp is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to build and lead our recruiting function during a period of growth. This is a high-impact player/coach role for a leader who enjoys both shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.
You will partner directly with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes, elevate our employer brand, and build scalable recruiting practices that support the company’s continued success. What You’ll Do:
Lead & Shape the Function
- Own and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
- Build, lead, and develop a small, high-performing recruiting team.
- Establish and drive SLAs, KPIs, and data-driven hiring practices.
- Enhance recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and strengthen employer brand.
Be Hands-On Where It Matters
- Act as a true player/coach—personally lead searches for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to define needs and deliver top talent.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
Drive Impact Through Partnership
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the organization.
- Influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Contribute to broader HR and organizational initiatives.
What You Bring
- 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience, including leadership.
- Proven ability to build and scale recruiting in fast-paced, growth environments.
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (Workday and Smartsheet a plus).
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
