What You'll Be Doing
- Support Project Managers with daily project operations
- Manage and track RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders
- Assist with project schedules and documentation control
- Coordinate communication between clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Maintain project records and ensure documentation is accurate and current
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist with permit and inspection coordination
- Support procurement and material tracking efforts
- Participate in project meetings and follow-up action items
- Help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and moving forward

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of Project Coordination experience within commercial construction
- Experience with tenant improvement and/or ground-up construction
- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows
- Experience managing RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and project logs
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
