Are you experienced in the fire sprinkler industry and ready to take the next step in your career? We’re a well-established fire sprinkler contractor seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project needs and service requirements
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for installations and service work
- Handle material ordering and ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients and subcontractors
- Serve as a point of contact for client communication and support
- Visit jobsite to verify production and allocate manpower accordingly
- Attend jobsite and coordination meeting
- Submit RFI's, communicate with AOR, EOR, and/or contractor as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Fire sprinkler industry experience is REQUIRED
- Management or supervisory experience in a construction or service-based environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read plans, understand NFPA codes, and write professional estimates
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel); estimating software experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
