Position Summary:
The Estimator/Landscape Project Manager communicates daily with our clients, sales team, foremen, crews, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a high-quality and efficient landscape project for world-renowned estates. Analyzes scope, specifications, and other documentation presented to prepare cost and revenue proposals (considering all costs, labor, materials, and services involved) for proposed projects. Ensuring that all work is completed profitably according to the contract and client's satisfaction while maintaining Marders standards. This individual will need to be knowledgeable in safety compliance, general landscape, and construction practices.
PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional Project Management, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills
- Understand plant material, soil types, irrigation systems, and landscape construction methods
- Ability to read and understand plans/ landscape design drawings
- Excellent People and Management skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Problem Solver

Salary commensurate with experience: $95,000 - $135,000
