About the Team: The Testing Services team seeks to support the mission of BJU Press by helping home school families and schools maintain compliance with state regulations by providing objective measurements of academic achievement to inform educators of student growth through standardized testing.
Role Summary: As an Online Testing Lead at BJU Press, the ideal candidate will play a supporting role on the Testing Services team by overseeing online testing setup, managing the workflow of student/test administrator ratio, helping test administrators troubleshoot, and creating score reports. The Online Testing Lead also administers online tests and assists customers with technical issues that come up during the administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and administer online testing
- Verify information for test administration purposes
- Manage the online testing calendar
- Oversee the online testing process for school and homeschool customers
- Assist and train online testing administrators
- Communicate with remote proctors (via phone and email)
- Provide basic technical support by phone
- Report issues to Riverside tech support

- Strong keyboarding skills with a high rate of accuracy
- Comfortable remaining in one place for long periods of time
- Occasionally bend, lift, reach above shoulder, squat or kneel, stand, and walk
