Responsibilities
- Develop new Distributors and end users to increase sales volumes;
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key customers through telephone, visits, and other means;
- Regular reports: Weekly reports of daily activities and PipeLines of new projects;
- Achieve sales targets and collect payments promptly;
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and expand new business;
- Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with customers;
- Responsible for product quality tracking and customer feedback collection;
- Responsible for after-sales customer service when necessary, handling customer inquiries, and achieving professional standards;
- Assist in-order delivery, including order confirmation, shipment confirmation, shipment and logistics tracking, etc.;
- Collect competitive product information and predict market preferences;
- Responsible for the development of distributors and partners in the covered areas.
Qualifications
- Experiences in the packaging industry and knowledge.
- Good personality with reliability, diligence, and honesty.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused and goal-oriented
- 5- 10 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
