Lawyer, Commercial Litigation Associate

Is a growing, full-service business law firm with a strong and well-established presence across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including drafting motions, pleadings, and written discovery.
- Handle and argue hearings independently.
- Take ownership of significant portions of litigation files and manage them end-to-end.
- Work closely with a Partner on regulatory financial services litigation (SEC investigations, professional liability for accountants and financial professionals).
- Contribute to general commercial and construction litigation matters as needed.
- Collaborate with lawyers across the office and firm on varied litigation files.
Qualifications
- Member of the Florida Bar.
- Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience with legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and handling hearings.
- Strong legal writing and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of files.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative team environment.
