Overview
Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is the largest hospital in Missouri and is ranked as one of the nation's top hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. The Department of In Vitro Fertilization at Barnes-Jewish Hospital has been helping men and women with infertility and assisting them in their goal of starting or adding to their families.� Barnes-Jewish Hospital was the first program in Missouri to achieve a birth from IVF, and since then, has seen thousands of babies conceived through IVF.� The department uses the most state-of-the-art micromanipulation techniques to give patients the best chance of success.� Our IVF lab is compliant with the FDA and SART.� It is CAP and CLIA accredited.
Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Experienced, fully-trained and detail-oriented embryologist who has a thorough knowledge of assisted reproduction and can perform a wide array of embryological techniques including oocyte identification/grading, semen preparation, pronuclear evaluation, embryo evaluation, embryo transfer, embryo and oocyte vitrification and advanced micromanipulation (Embryo biopsy, ICSI).
