Responsible for providing timely and accurate information to all guests, patients, staff and physicians.


Responsibilities

  • Greets patients and visitors, provides patient and hospital information and escort services to those in need.
  • Provides concierge service regarding the medical center and local area.
  • Assists with patient arrivals and departures.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • <2 years

Supervisor Experience
