What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at BJC HealthCare?
BJC is currently seeking a Project Manager to support initiatives for Community Health Improvement (CHI). This project manager will support the CHI team across Healthy Eating Active Living initiatives and Responsive portfolio, which includes firearm violence prevention, environmental justice, digital equity, and addressing emergent needs in the local community. This hybrid position involves external engagement within the community and at BJC hospitals within the health system. We are looking for applicants who have a background in Project Management as well as experience in Community Health with a genuine connection to the community and a passion for improving health outcomes.

Project assignments, team size and duration will vary and be limited in scope, complexity and quantity to ensure appropriate attention to project details.Performs tasks related to:- Project scoping, planning, execution, analysis and tracking- Change management- Team facilitation- Risk/issue identification and mitigation- Stakeholder tollgates/reports- Assists in project management training consistent with PMI and PMBOK
