Role Purpose

Support the Communications & Marketing Department in coordinating production of various collateral for internal and external audiences as assigned, to further the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assists marketing manager in scheduling community education and outreach programs aimed at lead generation, injury prevention and health literacy. As assigned by marketing and/or HR teams, assists with planning on-site logistics of employee events.
• Helps develop materials used in the promotion of employee or community health fairs or special events and classes, via employee newsletters, flyers, screen savers, social media, traditional media, newsletters and other.
• As needed by team, assist with on-site coordination, and HSO representation at events, including communication with event attendees, and collection of external prospects for marketing database; assist with reporting/measurement. Participates in community partnerships, sponsorships and coalitions as appropriate.
• Provide data entry and post-event reporting; assist with analytics and measurement on event to support reports to leaders.
• Supports event planning by providing materials fulfillment and on-site coordination and scheduling. Helps identify opportunities and concepts for collateral and premium item event giveaways.
