- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's style and preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and tools at all times
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat visits
- Stay up to date with current grooming trends, styles, and techniques to offer modern and classic services
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer product and style recommendations
- Ensure timely appointments and efficient client tlow throughout the day
- Follow all state and local health regulations and barbershop policies
