• Ability to drive rapid solution prototyping and execute proof of concepts
  
• This person will be responsible for bringing the point of view of the business and key user groups to help the Technology Innovation team execute successful proofs of concept.

• Ability to apply Agile, Design Thinking, & Lean innovation methodologies inside a large organization
  
• Capable of simplifying and personalizing complicated ideas into compelling stories or understandable narratives that inform, persuade and inspire others to follow.
