ROLE DETAILS
- Contract: 3 months (likely extension and possible FTE conversion based on performance)
- Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite at Midtown office
- Interviews scheduling ASAP (virtual and in-person)
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendor onboarding and payment processing
- Review W-9 / W-8 documentation
- OFAC and sanctions checks
- Invoice processing, reconciliations, and issue resolution
ABOUT YOU
- 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Financial services / banking experience strongly preferred
- SAP experience required
- Strong judgment and compliance awareness (fraud, phishing)
