An international bank is seeking the bilingual Japanese Customer Service Associate,
who is responsible for providing a telephone service customer
service to the bank’s client.
Responsibility includes;
- Handle banking inquiries,
- Provide online banking support.
- Performs wire transfer processing.
- Solve client inquiries.
- Utilize Bank documents and
agreements to make decisions and analyze risk.
- Administrative tasks.
Requirements
Working Hour: 6:00am-2:30pm(PST) or 2:30-11:00pm(PST)
Work from home option
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to work any schedule
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
High School diploma or G.E.D
Japanese fluency (Verbal and Written) is Must
